WELCOME
...into the plant world of the Bešlagić family. We invite you to immerse yourself in unique experiences with us that will truly bring you closer to nature.
What do we do?
In the village of Umoljani, on the Bjelašnica mountain, we grow "Umoljanski potatoes" and other local crops in a completely natural and non-invasive way.
What do we have for you?
On our properties, we organize experiential plant workshops on the identification, collection and use of wild medicinal and edible wild plants, emphasizing the importance of natural biodiversity and enviroment protection.
What else are we doing?
We also grow medicinal and aromatic herbs in our garden, which we use to make natural products, such as tea blends, oils and herbal salves.

Our kitchen:
The dishes that we serve at our workshops are specially designed to meet the different needs of our guests, but also to properly present the potential of local ingredients.
Own cultivation
In our recipes, we use vegetables (potatoes, onions, salads...) and aromatic herbs from our own natural cultivation. In addition, we collect the wild herbs that we use in our recipes on our properties, taking care not to endanger their natural habitats, even to point out the importance of conscientious collection of wild herbs.
Local products
In addition to the fact that we use vegetables from our own cultivation, most of what we serve comes from small producers from our and the surrounding villages of Bjelašnica, such as eggs, cream and traditionally made cheeses.
Gluten free kitchen
Our family kitchen is based on recipes that do not contain gluten grains, so the crackers and cakes we serve do not contain gluten either. And the rest of the dishes from our menu are also naturally gluten-free. Taking into account the fact that not everyone is in the mood for meals without good homemade bread, we always have some freshly prepared in reserve.
Vegetarian options
In addition to the classic menu that includes Sač as the main dish, we offer options of vegetarian burgers with roasted vegetables, and the rest of the dishes we serve are certainly already vegetarian: seed crackers with side dishes, grilled soup on vegetable stock, various salads and desserts.
